Iowa High School Basketball - Benton can't hold off Center Point-Urbana

The Center Point-Urbana Stormin' Pointers basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Benton Bobcats to 61 in the Stormin' Pointers league triumph on Friday.
The Stormin' Pointers now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vinton-Shellsburg for a WAMAC - West contest on Tuesday, February 7.
The Bobcats (7-13) will now prepare for their contest against South Tama County (Tama, IA). The Trojans enter the WAMAC - West contest with a 2-13 record. In their last contest, South Tama County was nudged by Clear Creek-Amana (Tiffin, IA), 53-51, in a league contest.
