The Maranatha Christian Academy Eagles basketball team (Shawnee, KS), dropped 61-43 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Bishop Ward Cyclones (Kansas City, KS)
The Cyclones now possess a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Seabury Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 7. Bishop Ward will confront a Seahawks team coming off a 76-68 non-league loss to Heritage Christian Academy (Olathe, KS). The Seahawks record now stands at 4-8.
The Eagles (1-12) will now prepare for their battle against Kansas City Christian School (Prairie Village, KS). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 7-8 record. In their last battle, Kansas City Christian School dropped by Central Heights (Richmond, KS), 80-66, in a non-league battle.
