The Bloomington Bobcats/Lady Cats (Bloomington, TX) basketball nipped the visiting Louise Hornets (Louise, TX), 47-44 in Friday's league test.
The Bobcats/Lady Cats (1-17) will now prepare for their test against Ganado (Ganado, TX). The Indians go into the 2A Region IV District 28 test with a 6-19 record. In their last test, Ganado got by Weimar (Weimar, TX), 52-49, in a league test.
The Hornets now own a 5-20 record. They play next when they travel to Shiner for a 2A Region IV District 28 test on Tuesday, February 7. Louise will encounter a Comanches squad coming off a 58-48 league win over Schulenburg (Schulenburg, TX). The Comanches record now stands at 10-11.
