Bob Jones Academy (Greenville, SC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Lake Pointe Academy Mariners (York, SC), 48-40 in a league bout.

With the victory, Bob Jones Academy upgrades its record to 9-10 on the campaign. The host Greenville Hurricanes (Greenville, SC) to play the Hurricanes in a non-league bout on Monday, February 13. The Hurricanes come into the bout with a record of 14-11.

Next up, the Mariners play the Anderson Cavaliers Cavaliers (Anderson, SC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 6. Lake Pointe Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record.
