The Brother Martin Crusaders (New Orleans, LA) basketball knocked off the visiting Edna Karr Cougars (New Orleans, LA), 60-46 in Friday's league test.
The Crusaders (14-9) will now prepare for their test against Archbishop Rummel (Metairie, LA). The Raiders go into the 5A District 9 test with a 20-10 record. In their last test, Archbishop Rummel notched a victory over Holy Cross (New Orleans, LA), 62-58, in a league test.
The Cougars now own a 9-15 record. They play next when they host Warren Easton for a non-league test on Monday, February 6. Edna Karr will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 50-26 league win over Abramson (New Orleans, LA). The Eagles record now stands at 12-7.
