North Carolina High School Basketball - Parkwood overwhelms Central Academy

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) and the host Central Academy Cougars (Monroe, NC), saw Parkwood's basketball squad wallop Central Academy by a tally of 83-54.
With the victory, Parkwood improves its record to 18-5 on the campaign. The Wolf Pack host Anson (Wadesboro, NC) to confront the Bearcats in a 2A/3A Conference 44 challenge on Friday, February 10. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 9-12.
Next up, the Cougars confront the West Stanly Colts (Oakboro, NC) in a 2A/3A Conference 44 challenge, on Friday, February 10. Central Academy will attempt to improve on its 7-15 season record. The Colts come into the challenge with a 11-12 record after their 59-58 league loss to Monroe (Monroe, NC).
