Iowa High School Basketball - Central Lyon trounces Sibley-Ocheyedan

The Central Lyon Lions (Rock Rapids, IA) basketball crushed the host Sibley-Ocheyedan Generals (Sibley, IA), 86-26 in Friday's league test.
The Lions (12-1) will now prepare for their test against George-Little Rock (George, IA). The Mustangs go into the Siouxland test with a 10-9 record. In their last test, George-Little Rock was trounced by MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA), 67-44, in a league test.
The Generals now own a 5-16 record. They play next when they travel to West Lyon for a Siouxland test on Tuesday, February 7. Sibley-Ocheyedan will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 50-47 league loss to Sioux Center (Sioux Center, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-5.
