Massachusetts High School Basketball - Dracut ripped by Chelmsford

The Chelmsford Lions basketball team scored 78 points and held the host Dracut Middies to 48 in the Lions league triumph on Friday.
The Lions now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tewksbury Memorial for a Merrimack Valley - Small contest on Tuesday, February 7. Chelmsford will battle a Redmen team coming off a 58-54 league win over Haverhill (Haverhill, MA). The Redmen record now stands at 5-10.
The Middies (0-15) will now prepare for their contest against Methuen (Methuen, MA). The Rangers enter the Merrimack Valley - Small contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Methuen triumphed over Billerica Memorial (Billerica, MA), 63-57, in a league contest.
