The Jaguars now sport a 14-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seguin for a 5A Region I District 8 battle on Saturday, February 4. Midlothian Heritage will battle a Cougars team coming off a 69-59 league win over Mansfield Summit (Arlington, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 15-13.

The Yellowjackets (11-19) will now prepare for their battle against Centennial (Burleson, TX). The Spartans come into the 5A Region I District 8 battle with a 24-6 record. In their last battle, Centennial prevailed over Joshua (Joshua, TX), 49-42, in a league battle.
