Illinois High School Basketball - Clinton ripped by St. Teresa

The St. Teresa Bulldogs basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Clinton Maroons to 43 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 20-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sullivan for a Central Illinois contest on Tuesday, February 7. St. Teresa will battle a Redskins team coming off a 55-43 non-league loss to Warrensburg-Latham (Warrensburg, IL). The Redskins record now stands at 4-19.

The Maroons (20-6) will now prepare for their contest against Edinburg (Edinburg, IL). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 8-17 record. In their last contest, Edinburg triumphed over Mt. Olive (Mt. Olive, IL), 66-39, in a non-league contest.
