Texas High School Basketball - Grape Creek overwhelmed by Clyde

The Clyde Bulldogs basketball team scored 85 points and restricted the host Grape Creek Eagles to 26 in the Bulldogs league victory on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 18-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy for a 3A Region I District 6 contest on Saturday, February 4. Clyde will battle a Eagles team coming off a 69-31 league win over Ballinger (Ballinger, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 23-5.
The Eagles (1-20) will now prepare for their contest against Ballinger (Ballinger, TX). The Bearcats come into the 3A Region I District 6 contest with a 10-20 record. In their last contest, Ballinger was routed by San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy (San Angelo, TX), 69-31, in a league contest.
