The Colonial Beach Drifters basketball team (Colonial Beach, VA), was routed 59-28 in Friday's league battle with the host Westmoreland Eagles (Montross, VA)
The Eagles now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Essex for a Northern Neck battle on Tuesday, February 7.
The Drifters (2-15) will now prepare for their battle against West Point (West Point, VA). The Pointers come into the non-league battle with a 1-18 record. In their last battle, West Point was routed by Middlesex (Saluda, VA), 98-33, in a league battle.
