Narrows Green Waves (Narrows, VA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Craig County Rockets (New Castle, VA), 74-48 in a league bout.

With the win, Narrows upgrades its record to 18-3 on the season. The Green Waves travel to Auburn (Riner, VA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 4. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 16-4. Auburn won 76-38 in their recent league bout against Giles (Pearisburg, VA)

Next up, the Rockets play the Montcalm Generals (Montcalm, WV) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 4. Craig County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record.
