The Moore County Raiders (Lynchburg, TN) basketball nipped the host Eagleville Eagles (Eagleville, TN), 53-52 in Friday's league test.

The Raiders (8-10) will now prepare for their test against Cornersville (Cornersville, TN). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 5-14 record. In their last test, Cornersville was tipped by Franklin Road Christian (Murfreesboro, TN), 86-26, in a non-league test.

The Eagles now own a 15-8 record. They play next when they travel to Huntland for a 1A District 9 test on Tuesday, February 7. Eagleville will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 63-58 league loss to Fayetteville (Fayetteville, TN). The Hornets record now stands at 14-11.
