Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Valley Regional Warriors (Deep River, CT) and the visiting East Hampton Bellringers (East Hampton, CT), saw Valley Regional's basketball squad overcome East Hampton by a tally of 64-51.

With the victory, Valley Regional improves its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Cromwell (Cromwell, CT) to confront the Panthers in a Shoreline challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 14-1. Cromwell won 54-37 in their recent league challenge against North Branford (North Branford, CT)

Next up, the Bellringers confront the Morgan Huskies (Clinton, CT) in a Shoreline challenge, on Monday, February 6. East Hampton will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 63-57 league win over Haddam-Killingworth (Higganum, CT).
