Washington, DC High School Basketball - St. Albans thwarts Episcopal

The St. Albans Bulldogs (Washington, DC) basketball knocked off the visiting Episcopal Maroon (Alexandria, VA), 44-31 in Friday's league test.
The Bulldogs (12-9) will now prepare for their test against Landon (Bethesda, MD). The Bears go into the Interstate Athletic test with a 12-8 record. In their last test, Landon notched a victory over Bullis (Potomac, MD), 64-63, in a league test.
The Maroon now own a 7-14 record. They play next when they travel to Potomac School for a non-league test on Saturday, February 4. Episcopal will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 95-70 league win over St. James (Hagerstown, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 12-9.
