In Friday's league match, the host Erie Royals basketball team scored a good 62-47 triumph over the General McLane Lancers.
In their next game, the Royals meet the Dunkirk Marauders (Dunkirk, NY) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, February 7. Erie will attempt to move on its 10-8 season record.
With the defeat, General McLane moves to 8-8 on the year. The Lancers host Cathedral Prep (Erie, PA) to meet the Ramblers in a District 10 Region 7 match on Tuesday, February 7. The Ramblers enter the match with a record of 16-2. Cathedral Prep won 80-31 in their recent league match against Fort LeBoeuf (Waterford, PA)
