Vacaville Christian Falcons (Vacaville, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Esparto Spartans (Esparto, CA), 73-36 in a league bout.

With the victory, Vacaville Christian upgrades its record to 19-3 on the campaign. The Falcons host Highlands (North Highlands, CA) to play the Scots in a Sierra Delta League bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Scots come into the bout with a record of 4-16. Highlands lost 69-49 in their recent league bout against Rio Vista (Rio Vista, CA)

Next up, the Spartans play the Golden Sierra Grizzlies (Garden Valley, CA) in a Sierra Delta League bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Esparto will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record. The Grizzlies come into the bout with a 5-13 record after their 46-45 league loss to San Juan (Citrus Heights, CA).
