The Vandalia Christian Vikings topped the visiting Faith Christian Eagles basketball team by a final score of 65-53 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Vikings face the Alamance Christian (Graham, NC) in a NCCSA AA West Region 2 game, on Tuesday, February 7. Vandalia Christian will attempt to move on its 6-13 season record. The enter the game with a 14-9 record after their 57-34 league win over Gospel Light Christian (Walkertown, NC).
With the defeat, Faith Christian moves to 8-16 on the year. The Eagles host Chatham HomeSchool (Pittsboro, NC) to play the Thunder in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 6. The Thunder come into the challenge with a record of 22-10. Chatham HomeSchool won 61-54 in their recent league challenge against Oak Forest (Wake Forest, NC)
