Texas High School Basketball - Follett overwhelms Fort Elliott

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Follett Panthers (Follett, TX) and the host Fort Elliott Cougars (Briscoe, TX), saw Follett's basketball squad wallop Fort Elliott by a tally of 67-35.

With the victory, Follett improves its record to 22-6 on the campaign. The Panthers host Darrouzett (Darrouzett, TX) to play the in a 1A Region I District 1 challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The come into the challenge with a record of 0-7. Darrouzett lost 87-26 in their recent league challenge against McLean (McLean, TX)

Next up, the Cougars play the McLean Tigers (McLean, TX) in a 1A Region I District 1 challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Fort Elliott will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record.
