The Green Bulldogs (Uniontown, OH) basketball nipped the visiting McKinley Bulldogs (Canton, OH), 54-51 in Friday's league test.

The Bulldogs (15-4) will now prepare for their test against Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 15-3 record. In their last test, Archbishop Hoban got by John F. Kennedy Catholic (Warren, OH), 76-40, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Harding for a non-league test on Saturday, February 4. McKinley will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 57-45 league win over Austintown-Fitch (Youngstown, OH). The Raiders record now stands at 11-7.
