The Haddam-Killingworth Cougars basketball team (Higganum, CT), was nudged 63-57 in Friday's league battle with the host Morgan Huskies (Clinton, CT)
The Huskies now possess a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Hampton for a Shoreline battle on Monday, February 6. Morgan will confront a Bellringers team coming off a 64-51 league loss to Valley Regional (Deep River, CT). The Bellringers record now stands at 8-7.
The Cougars (4-11) will now prepare for their battle against Valley Regional (Deep River, CT). The Warriors come into the Shoreline battle with a 9-8 record.
