The Ipswich Tigers basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Hamilton-Wenham Regional Generals to 48 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now sport a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lynnfield for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 7. Ipswich will battle a Pioneers team coming off a 49-48 non-league win over Stoneham (Stoneham, MA). The Pioneers record now stands at 11-6.

The Generals (5-12) will now prepare for their contest against Triton Regional (Byfield, MA). The Vikings enter the Cape Ann - Large contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Triton Regional ran past Ipswich (Ipswich, MA), 75-64, in a non-league contest.
