Harrisville Pirates (Harrisville, NY) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hermon-DeKalb Central Demons (DeKalb Junction, NY), 73-32 in a league bout.

With the victory, Harrisville upgrades its record to 16-2 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Heuvelton Central (Heuvelton, NY) to play the Bulldogs in a Section 10 West bout on Friday, February 10. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 15-2. Heuvelton Central won 86-26 in their recent league bout against Hermon-DeKalb Central (DeKalb Junction, NY)

Next up, the Demons play the Heuvelton Central Bulldogs (Heuvelton, NY) in a Section 10 West bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Hermon-DeKalb Central will attempt to upgrade on its 6-12 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 14-2 record after their 64-51 non-league loss to Moriah (Port Henry, NY).
