The Henley Hornets (Klamath Falls, OR) basketball felled the visiting Phoenix Pirates (Phoenix, OR), 55-43 in Friday's league test.
The Hornets (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Hidden Valley (Grants Pass, OR). The Mustangs go into the 4A Skyline test with a 8-11 record. In their last test, Hidden Valley was beaten by Klamath Union (Klamath Falls, OR), 43-36, in a league test.
The Pirates now own a 8-10 record. They play next when they travel to Mazama for a 4A Skyline test on Tuesday, February 7. Phoenix will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 68-61 league loss to Hidden Valley (Grants Pass, OR). The Vikings record now stands at 5-10.
