North Carolina High School Basketball - West Iredell ripped by Hickory

The Hickory Red Tornadoes basketball team scored 75 points and held the host West Iredell Warriors to 31 in the Red Tornadoes league triumph on Friday.
The Red Tornadoes now sport a 21-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Foard for a 3A Conference 51 contest on Tuesday, February 7. Hickory will battle a Tigers team coming off a 65-52 league loss to North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 4-18.
The Warriors (3-19) will now prepare for their contest against North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Knights enter the 3A Conference 51 contest with a 15-6 record. In their last contest, North Lincoln triumphed over Foard (Newton, NC), 65-52, in a league contest.
