Texas High School Basketball - Nimitz ripped by Highland Park

The Highland Park Scots basketball team scored 75 points and held the host Nimitz Vikings to 40 in the Scots league triumph on Friday.
The Scots now sport a 21-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Berkner for a 6A Region I District 7 contest on Saturday, February 4. Highland Park will meet a Rams team coming off a 55-47 league loss to Dallas Jesuit (Dallas, TX). The Rams record now stands at 4-21.
The Vikings (9-15) will now prepare for their contest against Irving (Irving, TX). The Tigers enter the 6A Region I District 7 contest with a 9-18 record. In their last contest, Irving was routed by MacArthur (Irving, TX), 48-41, in a league contest.
