In Friday's league outing, the Hillsboro Burros (Nashville, TN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Overton Bobcats (Nashville, TN), by a margin of 83-43.
The Burros (19-3) will now prepare for their outing against Brentwood (Brentwood, TN). The Bruins go into the 4A District 11 outing with a 11-9 record. In their last outing, Brentwood was trounced by Franklin (Franklin, TN), 63-41, in a league outing.
The Bobcats now own a 8-14 record. They play next when they host Centennial for a 4A District 11 outing on Tuesday, February 7. Overton will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 53-41 non-league win over Nolensville (Nolensville, TN). The Cougars record now stands at 17-6.
