Wilcox Chargers (Santa Clara, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA), 93-90 in a league bout.

With the win, Wilcox upgrades its record to 14-7 on the season. The Chargers host Milpitas (Milpitas, CA) to clash with the Trojans in a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino bout on Wednesday, February 8. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 14-7. Milpitas won 52-43 in their recent league bout against Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Monta Vista Matadors (Cupertino, CA) in a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino bout, on Wednesday, February 8. Homestead will attempt to upgrade on its 8-14 season record.
