Horizon Christian (Hood River, OR) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Trout Lake Mustangs (Trout Lake, WA), 61-35 in a league bout.

With the victory, Horizon Christian upgrades its record to 15-4 on the campaign. The host South Wasco County (Maupin, OR) to play the Redsides in a 1A Big Sky bout on Saturday, February 4. The Redsides come into the bout with a record of 17-2. South Wasco County won 61-45 in their recent league bout against Dufur (Dufur, OR)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Glenwood Eagles (Glenwood, WA) in a 1A Big Sky bout, on Saturday, February 4. Trout Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 55-19 league loss to Sherman (Moro, OR).
