The Huntington Huntsmen basketball team (Chillicothe, OH), was overwhelmed 97-63 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Westfall Mustangs (Williamsport, OH)

The Mustangs now possess a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wellston for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 4. Westfall will confront a Golden Rockets team coming off a 66-55 league win over River Valley (Bidwell, OH). The Golden Rockets record now stands at 7-11.

The Huntsmen (4-15) will now prepare for their battle against Piketon (Piketon, OH). The Redstreaks come into the Scioto Valley battle with a 5-14 record. In their last battle, Piketon was overwhelmed by Lynchburg-Clay (Lynchburg, OH), 67-37, in a non-league battle.
