Indian Lake Lakers (Lewistown, OH) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Urbana Hillclimbers (Urbana, OH), 51-47 in a league bout.

With the victory, Indian Lake upgrades its record to 11-10 on the campaign. The Lakers host Versailles (Versailles, OH) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 10-9. Versailles won 67-47 in their recent non-league bout against Anna (Anna, OH)

Next up, the Hillclimbers play the Dunbar Wolverines (Dayton, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Urbana will attempt to upgrade on its 13-6 season record. The Wolverines come into the bout with a 15-6 record after their 69-53 non-league loss to Bishop Ready (Columbus, OH).
