The Wisconsin School for the Deaf Firebirds basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the host Iowa School for the Deaf Bobcats to 6 in the Firebirds non-league victory on Friday.

The Firebirds now sport a 3-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Metro Deaf for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 4. Wisconsin School for the Deaf will battle a Cheetahs team coming off a 52-33 non-league win over Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf (Faribault, MN). The Cheetahs record now stands at 2-1.

The Bobcats (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf (Faribault, MN). The Trojans come into the non-league contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf was routed by Metro Deaf (St. Paul, MN), 52-33, in a non-league contest.
