Montrose Meteors (Montrose, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lackawanna Trail Lions (Factoryville, PA), 53-31 in a league bout.

With the win, Montrose upgrades its record to 5-10 on the season. The Meteors travel to Mountain View (Kingsley, PA) to play the Eagles in a Lackawanna 4 bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 5-11. Mountain View lost 49-38 in their recent league bout against Forest City (Forest City, PA)
