Minnesota High School Basketball - St. Clair overwhelmed by Loyola

The Loyola Crusaders basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the host St. Clair Cyclones to 43 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Friday.
The Crusaders now sport a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman for a A Section 2 contest on Tuesday, February 7. Loyola will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 65-56 league win over Madelia (Madelia, MN). The Jaguars record now stands at 9-7.
The Cyclones (6-11) will now prepare for their contest against Nicollet (Nicollet, MN). The Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 0-15 record. In their last contest, Nicollet was routed by Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial (Lake Crystal, MN), 81-32, in a non-league contest.
