Manheim Central Barons (Manheim, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Solanco Golden Mules (Quarryville, PA), 54-25 in a league bout.

With the win, Manheim Central upgrades its record to 16-3 on the season. The Barons host Warwick (Lititz, PA) to clash with the Warriors in a Lancaster-Lebanon 2 bout on Thursday, February 9. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 13-5.

Next up, the Golden Mules clash with the Garden Spot Spartans (New Holland, PA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Solanco will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 4-12 record after their 47-40 non-league loss to Warwick (Lititz, PA).
