Wisconsin High School Basketball - Shullsburg trounces Monticello

The Shullsburg Miners (Shullsburg, WI) basketball crushed the host Monticello Ponies (Monticello, WI), 85-59 in Friday's non-league test.
The Miners (9-11) will now prepare for their test against Boscobel (Boscobel, WI). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 4-14 record. In their last test, Boscobel walloped Riverdale (Muscoda, WI), 41-39, in a league test.
The Ponies now own a 5-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Black Hawk for a Six Rivers - East contest on Thursday, February 9. Monticello will battle a Warriors team coming off a 45-30 league loss to Pecatonica (Blanchardville, WI). The Warriors record now stands at 5-13.
