The Webberville Spartans basketball team scored 39 points and held the visiting Morrice Orioles to 27 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Friday.
The Spartans now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Byron for a non-league contest on Monday, February 6. Webberville will battle a Eagles team coming off a 76-45 league loss to Ovid-Elsie (Elsie, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 3-11.
The Orioles (2-12) will now prepare for their contest against Madison Academy (Burton, MI). The enter the Freelance contest with a 6-3 record.
