The Rockford Rockets (Rockford, MN) basketball knocked off the visiting New London-Spicer Wildcats (New London, MN), 61-50 in Friday's non-league test.

The Rockets (11-7) will now prepare for their test against Watertown-Mayer (Watertown, MN). The Royals go into the AA Section 5 test with a 13-7 record. In their last test, Watertown-Mayer went down by Eden Valley-Watkins (Eden Valley, MN), 61-44, in a non-league test.

The Wildcats now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 7.
