Minnesota High School Basketball - New Ulm Cathedral winner over Sleepy Eye

February 3, 2023: New Ulm, MN 56073

In Friday's league outing, the New Ulm Cathedral Greyhounds (New Ulm, MN) basketball squad felled the visiting Sleepy Eye Indians (Sleepy Eye, MN), by a margin of 56-41.

The Greyhounds (7-10) will now prepare for their outing against Wabasso (Wabasso, MN). The Rabbits go into the A Section 3 outing with a 4-12 record. In their last outing, Wabasso thwarted Cedar Mountain (Morgan, MN), 80-60, in a non-league outing.

The Indians now own a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Cedar Mountain for a A Section 2 outing on Tuesday, February 7. Sleepy Eye will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 88-51 non-league win over Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda (Okabena, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 6-9.
