Michigan High School Basketball - Southfield Christian knocked off by Oakland Christian

The Oakland Christian Lancers basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Southfield Christian Eagles to 49 in the Lancers league triumph on Friday.

The Lancers now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clarenceville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 7. Oakland Christian will battle a Trojans team coming off a 81-71 league loss to Plymouth Christian Academy (Canton, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 4-9.

The Eagles (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Royal Oak (Royal Oak, MI). The Ravens enter the non-league contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Royal Oak ran past Rochester (Rochester Hills, MI), 39-38, in a league contest.
