St. Frederick Warriors (Monroe, LA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ouachita Christian Eagles (Monroe, LA), 72-49 in a league bout.

With the win, St. Frederick upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Warriors travel to Cedar Creek (Ruston, LA) to play the Cougars in a 1A District 2 bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 8-8. Cedar Creek won 63-19 in their recent non-league bout against Family Community Christian (Winnsboro, LA)

Next up, the Eagles play the River Oaks Mustangs (Monroe, LA) in a 1A District 2 bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Ouachita Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record.
