Redwood Valley Cardinals (Redwood Falls, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Pipestone Arrows (Pipestone, MN), 62-60 in a league bout.

With the win, Redwood Valley upgrades its record to 9-10 on the season. The Cardinals host Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta (Morris, MN) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, February 6. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 13-6. Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta won 68-56 in their recent league bout against West Central Area (Barrett, MN)

Next up, the Arrows play the Worthington Trojans (Worthington, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Pipestone will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 13-3 record after their 75-46 non-league win over Canistota (Canistota, SD).
