With the victory, Plainfield South improves its record to 13-15 on the campaign. The Cougars host Joliet West (Joliet, IL) to confront the Tigers in a SouthWest Prairie challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 22-5. Joliet West won 60-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Cathedral (Indianapolis, IN)

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Romeoville Spartans (Romeoville, IL) in a SouthWest Prairie challenge, on Friday, February 10. Plainfield Central will attempt to improve on its 5-20 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 19-10 record after their 66-63 non-league win over Willowbrook (Villa Park, IL).
