Illinois High School Basketball - Zion-Benton ripped by Stevenson

The Stevenson Patriots basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Zion-Benton Zee-Bees to 37 in the Patriots league triumph on Friday.
The Patriots now sport a 19-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Guilford for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 4. Stevenson will meet a Vikings team coming off a 71-70 league win over Freeport (Freeport, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 18-7.
The Zee-Bees (0-21) will now prepare for their contest against Libertyville (Libertyville, IL). The Wildcats enter the North Suburban contest with a 21-5 record. In their last contest, Libertyville was routed by Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL), 69-43, in a non-league contest.
