Georgia High School Basketball - Walton overwhelmed by Wheeler

The Wheeler Wildcats basketball team scored 77 points and restricted the host Walton Raiders to 44 in the Wildcats league victory on Friday.
The Wildcats now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Osborne for a AAAAAAA Region 5 contest on Saturday, February 4. Wheeler will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 65-53 league win over North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA). The Cardinals record now stands at 14-8.
The Raiders (14-9) will now prepare for their contest against North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA). The Warriors come into the AAAAAAA Region 5 contest with a 16-6 record. In their last contest, North Cobb was routed by Osborne (Marietta, GA), 65-53, in a league contest.
