California High School Basketball - Amador topped by Argonaut

The Argonaut Mustangs basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Amador Buffaloes to 27 in the Mustangs league victory on Friday.
The Mustangs now sport a 13-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Weston Ranch for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 4. Argonaut will battle a Cougars team coming off a 66-24 league win over Chavez (Stockton, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 14-7.
The Buffaloes (9-15) will now prepare for their contest against Bret Harte (Angels Camp, CA). The Bullfrogs come into the Mother Lode League contest with a 18-6 record. In their last contest, Bret Harte was defeated by Calaveras (San Andreas, CA), 53-30, in a league contest.
