Batesburg-Leesville Panthers (Batesburg, SC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Fox Creek Predators (North Augusta, SC), 62-30 in a league bout.

With the win, Batesburg-Leesville upgrades its record to 5-12 on the season. The Panthers host Pelion (Pelion, SC) to play the Panthers in a AA Region 3 bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 12-11. Pelion lost 69-42 in their recent league bout against Strom Thurmond (Johnston, SC)

Next up, the Predators play the Strom Thurmond Rebels (Johnston, SC) in a AA Region 3 bout, on Thursday, February 9. Fox Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 2-17 season record.
