With the victory, Ben L. Smith upgrades its record to 17-2 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles travel to Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC) to play the Wildcats in a 3A Conference 46 bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 5-17. Eastern Guilford lost 54-11 in their recent league bout against Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC)

Next up, the Bison play the Atkins Camels (Winston-Salem, NC) in a 3A Conference 46 bout, on Tuesday, February 7. High Point Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-22 season record. The Camels come into the bout with a 11-9 record after their 37-36 league loss to Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC).
