In Friday's league outing, the Maple Shade Wildcats (Maple Shade, NJ) basketball squad felled the host Burlington City Blue Devils (Burlington, NJ), by a margin of 41-23.

The Wildcats (7-7) will now prepare for their outing against Pemberton (Pemberton, NJ). The Hornets go into the Burlco - Freedom outing with a 6-14 record. In their last outing, Pemberton was beaten by Cinnaminson (Cinnaminson, NJ), 57-30, in a non-league outing.

The Blue Devils now own a 6-10 record. They play next when they travel to Medford Tech for a Burlco - Liberty outing on Monday, February 6. Burlington City will play a Jaguars squad coming off a 60-19 non-league win over Pennsauken Tech (Pennsauken, NJ). The Jaguars record now stands at 15-4.
